- Do I have to use the body shop my insurance company recommends?
- No. Florida law (Fla. Stat. §626.9743) prohibits insurers from requiring you to use a specific shop. Their 'preferred shop' is a recommendation, not a rule — you choose, and your claim still applies.
- Will my claim be covered at Automotive World?
- Yes — your policy covers repairs at any licensed shop you choose. We work with your insurer's process directly, and reviews document successful claims here, including a Geico-referred repair.
- What if the insurance estimate is lower than the real damage?
- That's common — hidden damage appears after teardown. We document it and file the supplement with your insurer, so the repair gets done right, not just cheap.
